Lizzy update

I was reviewing my blog, and found this was done about a year ago. I think Lizzy's birthday is a great time to do this every year! I did this awhile ago, but forgot to post it! Lizzy is a big helper with her brother, but she also is telling him "no" all the time. I'm working on that with her. JT loves to get into her room, pull the books off the self, and get into just about everything! 


An interview with Lizzy - 

What is your favorite movie? Netflix  - "My Little Ponies"
What is your favorite game? Matching game
What is your favorite animal? I like horses, doggies, and unicorns
What is your favorite holiday? Halloween - because I love the costumes. 
What is your favorite color? Pink (but she likes them all)
What is your favorite food? goldfish (she only has them in her Sunday school class) McDonalds kids meal (because of the toy), chocolate milk, lemonade. 

Favorite song? Ring around the Rosie.
What is your favorite vegetable? broccoli (soup)
What is something you like about Mom? I like it when she gives me hugs

What is something you like about Dad? "I like it when he gets me better " (when she is sick, John will adjust her, and she feels better). 
What do you want to be when you grow up? gardener (I want to help my mom with her garden) 
What's hard to do? "Do a game that I can't do"
What have you learned in Primary this year?  "A boy lost his coin, and couldn't find it, and he prayed to Heavenly Father to find it... and then he found it". 
What are some things you like to do? I like to play games, play with Ameris at her house and the park and my house.  
What do you like to wear? "I like to wear this" pointing to her outfit. It's a pink skirt and pink shirt that says "princess" inside a crown.  She also likes her Hello Kitty shirt. 
What things make you happy?  My blanket when I snuggle with it, and the doggy I got from grandma's (Rankin)
What makes you sad?  "When little brother pulls my hair and scratches me." when he brakes my toys. 
What do you do when you are mad?  yell at my brother "JAAAMES" when he brakes my toys. 
What is something you're good at? playing games,

The beginning of May we headed to Provo to have our tri-annual feast with Mike at Tucano's for our birthdays! We went to his soccer game Friday then went to dinner. I can't believe how much I ate! We walked around the Riverwoods shopping center. It was fun, and good to walk off some of that dinner!The next day was Lizzy's B-day (see previous post).

JT started walking! He is so happy when he walks. Started off a couple steps towards the beginning of the month, but now he can walk across the room.

We went for a drive on the cottonwood canyons. We drove up little cottonwood first, and then found a great spot to have a picnic. There was a fire pit, and BBQ area. We brought hot dogs hamburgers, potato salad, rootbeer, chips... It was fun. Someone had left fire wood, so we had a fire too!

For my birthday my dad got us a Restaurants.com gift-card and movie tickets! I was excited to find a new restaurant, I've been wanted to go to! On my birthday we went to Carvers, and then saw Avengers!  Chamrie(a family friend) watched the kids. I was nice to go out with just John!

At the end of the month we had Lizzy's preschool graduation! They have been learning Spanish in school, and sang a few songs in Spanish, it was cute.
